Change of Plans: February Housefilk
X-posted to seattlecats and filk

Unfortunately, I have been called out of town on the 22nd through 25th of February.

At this point, I have two options.

1) I can move the housefilk to be one-week earlier, on Feb 18th.

2) Beth has volunteered to host the filk on the original day, but then I wouldn't be able to attend.

Obviously, I'd like to move it to the 18th, so I'd like to know from people if that would work alright for them?

Currently I have a small but signifigant number of people confirmed as attending. If moving this would cause you to be unable to attend, please let me know.

If you could make it on the 18th but weren't able to on the 25th, also please let me know so I can decide exactly what the best course to take here is.

Thanks!

18th works better for us... we won't miss a street worker presentation at our church on the 26th.

I am assuming you mean you will be there on the 18th, yes? :) (since I was asking if moving to the 18th was acceptable :) :))

Umm...yeah. Exactly. Just not well said, which I attribute to trying to do two things at once.

Feb. 18th HF, questions

Hi, this is a Midwest filker (Andrea Dale) who is considering a trip to Seattle in Feb.

I may be interested in attending the Feb. 18th housefilk while I am visiting. So, here are my questions:

1) Is the housefilk going to be Feb. 18th?
2) Where in the seattle area is it? (no need to post an address, general area is fine, or send it to adale AT merlynproductions.com)
3) Could I attend and bring a friend?

Thanks!!

Re: Feb. 18th HF, questions

1) Yup, at this point all the responses save one to moving it to the 18th have been positive or neutral.

2) My house is located in Kirkland, which is on the east side of Lake Washington (Seattle proper is on the west side of Lake Washington). If you can tell me where you'd be staying/coming from, I could provide you much better directions than the generic ones.

3) Sure, pretty much anyone is welcome.
